(NYSE: RDN) today announced that it has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
("PwC") as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm.
PwC's engagement will begin after the departure of the Company's current
auditor, Deloitte & Touche LLP. As previously disclosed, Deloitte & Touche's
engagement will end following the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on
Form 10-Q for the third quarter of 2007. PwC will immediately begin work in
preparation for the completion of Radian's 2007 audit.
